Darren Caulfield, a single father of three beautiful children wanted to create a private, safe, and neutral environment for parents and families who are going through difficult times to spend time with their children.
In 2016, Darren, together with his mother, Pamela Caulfield, who has over 30 years of experience working in the indigenous, migrant, and community services sector, established Lilly Pilly to meet this need.
Both Pamela and Darren are Qualified Justices of the Peace, JP (Qual) and hold several other qualifications.
Darren is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator, Accredited with the Australian Mediation Association and Parenting Coordinator with Parenting Coordination Australia. see www.darrencaulfield.com.au
In 2018, Phil Benjamin, a father of three lovely girls, joined the Lilly Pilly team.
With his legal background, Phil brings valuable skills to complement the services provided by Lilly Pilly.
